Sip Magazine Best of the Northwest 2013 Best Herbal Spirit

Black Rope Anise

Black Rope Anise is very similar to an ouzo or Sambuca, minus the added sugar. It tastes like licorice candy - the inherent sweetness is from the botanicals that went into it.

92 point Gold Medal for Dry Schnapps

in 1/2 lemon and add sugar to taste. Shake and

Red Licorice:                         A shot in a glass of strawberry soda turns this

                                                    black licorice red!
